Megascans Plugin Mod for

This is just a to show anyone who may be confused with how to install the files. This is mostly for Redshift and Mtlx as I do not have the other renderers already implemented in the original version of the plugin. Maybe in the future if I get my hands on the other renderers I'll implement them. But as I'm doing this in my free time I am prioritising my needs.
